The AFCNA Planning Pack has been developed to help you think through the Faith Community Nurse role and start planning for its safe commencement, is aimed at making it easy to recruit your FCN with Fact Sheets to guide your thinking and editable templates to simplify the process.
This pack is comprehensive but churches do not have to use all documents. They create a stepped incremental approach which offers options with forms for volunteer FCN and for salaried FCNs.
