When health care workers find themselves in situations where they feel they cannot live up to their own values, or where their teams are not meeting high standards of care they may experience negative feelings such as guilt, shame, being voiceless and devalued. This is moral injury.

Gabi will share her personal experience as a disaster response and ER nurse as she guides you through the topic.

Join us for a Zoom workshop to:

    ·         Explore the concept of moral injury in the health care setting

    ·         The role of faith as an antidote

    ·         Ways to move forward

    Speaker: Gabi Macaulay RN,RM,GradDipMid,GradDipTheol,M.Min.

    New this year

Web workshops are short interactive learning  opportunities, facilitated by a person experienced in the topic to be discussed. Numbers are limited to 12 to ensure everyone can participate.
