Compassionate care for individuals and communities requires us to identify and provide for needs, however long-term this approach can disempower people. A strength-based approach works with the person or community to create sustainable self-care and resilience.

Join us for a Zoom workshop to:

  • What are needs and strength-based care activities and when to use each approach
  • Tips on how to identify and use strengths
  • Practice using strengths in a safe space

Facilitator: Vicky Legge

Anne and Vicky are experienced providers and teachers of pastoral care, and have worked supporting people in the health sector.

Join us for a Zoom workshop .

Web workshops are short interactive learning  opportunities, facilitated by a person experienced in the topic to be discussed. Numbers are limited to 12 to ensure everyone can participate.
